When I was at school...
myedol: My friend stood up and shouted “the next person to speak is gay” The teacher stayed silent until the very end. How sad.  I would have said “What if I am? Would it mean that I teach you any differently? Or assign you a longer detention than you just got for disrupting my class?”  <sigh> Homophobia makes me tired……
